Today's hyper-competitiveness forces enterprises to enhance their products in order to obtain an advantage over other competitors. This is usually achieved by the development of Interactive Information Systems (IISs) which improve the efficacy of the enterprise's Business Processes. The development of an IIS is a complex task, where all the stakeholders´ intentions must be taken into account, ensuring that every requirement is identified.
