Self-help book on how to capture information and increase your ability to recall information that would normally be lost. We normally are unable to recall 80 to 90% of the information we read or hear which can be detrimental especially if you are in a profession where recalling information is vital to your success. I developed a journaling system where I've been able to store important information that I've heard or read into a word document and categorized in an alpha order for easier recall. I've been able to journalize 200 pages of information that normally I would have lost due to my inability to recall the data that I've read or heard. My journaling system has enabled me to gather information that I needed to use at an appropriate time and has also increased my desire to gather more information for my journal so that my informational power base has expanded. I also see how my journaling system can assist other professionals, individuals, students, groups, teams and organizations to enhance their informational power.
