VDM Publishing House, Feb 2010, Pages: 100
With more and more teachers choosing not to apply for administrative positions in rural Pennsylvania public school districts, combined with public pressure for our schools to be better than ever, who is going to run our schools in the future? (2) Why are certified school administrators continuing to teach and not seek an administrative post in rural Pennsylvania public school districts?
