Dr Alok Kumar Rai, is Associate Professor in Faculty of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. His Area is Marketing and CRM. He is an author of “Customer Relationship Management: Concepts and Cases” published by PHI Learning, New Delhi. Dr Rai is active researcher and has done several funded research projects.
