This book explored the impact of security culture in enhancing the application of security measures in workplace, Where as the concept of deploying a combination of different security components and applying numerous security controls to increase security and safety of work environments, little is known about the employees' compliance to the laid down security instructions. To address this gap, this book assessed the impact of managerial competence in incorporating a security culture in the stakeholders that will enhance them to comply to the laid down security instructions thereby ensuring that security efforts to create a secure work environment are achieved. The sample population consisted of the security management team, Facility Managers, Security Personnel and employees of a company. These techniques included a focus group discussion, participant observation, interviews and self- completion questionnaires. Comprehensive theoretical framework of the study will be based on crime opportunity. In this Book applied research, qualitative research techniques will be the most appropriate method used to gather the required data.
