Five genera of cestodes were identified in Crow (Corvus splendens) namely Ophryocotylus, Dasyurotaenia, Raillietina, Gvosdevilepis and Multiuterina among these cestode Dasyurotaenia robusta was found to produce much obvious damage in the intestine. All layers of intestinal wall were involved. Mucosal region was severely damaged specially at the site of attachment of the parasite. Fibrosis and granulation of tissue was also formed. Hyperplastic mucosal region with edematous submucosa and extensive mucous secretion in the lumen was obvious. Necrosis, atrophy and ulcerative lesions was a common finding. Fatty degeneration also occured. This information is useful for parasitologists, students, teachers and research workers in this field of study.
