A clothes rental company equals to a clothes- rentailing company plus a clothes-cleaning company, which may offer the services like finding the fitting desired clothes for customer,picking up and delivering the clothes for customer to clean weekly. The large amount of clothes handling processes need quite heavy labor force even with the modern semi- automatic system. The serial of mechanical operations for sorting clothes according to the category, washing instructions, customers and so on.The average labor cost per order is relatively high, and it leads to the high rental prices. Efficiency and accuracy of tracking the location in certain range are significantly improved by the technology of RFID in different industries. Customer satisfaction was increased and labor cost was minimized by RFID technology.The aim of this research is to explore the new clothes-rental- business-model using RFID technology for maximizing the profit, through analyzing the rental clothes business and RFID technology and reltive facilities.
