This Management Research Project is related to 'Up Grading a conventional Dairy Farm of Shafi Reso Group' on the basis of detailed and comprehensive research/analysis of Dairy Sector. Milk is a vital part of human food.As the population is increasing so the demand in All the developing countries like Pakistan. Hence up-gradation of conventional farms is the only solution. Current practices at the said farm are totally conventional yielding very low milk production throughout whole lactation period. Total area available for the construction of farm is about half an acre in the factory area, so a design has been proposed for construction of Modern Dairy farm infra structure as per the availability of funds with our client. In feed, green fodder play an important role to get maximum production but in modern world there is no concept of dairy farming without silage so we have suggested preparation of Silage at farm. Management of Cows, Calves and Heifers is advised. Market around the farm has too much potential for milk sale as this is a totally industry area.A complete marketing plan has been charted out for the sale of milk.
