The study examines dimension of Natural Resource Management (NRM) related activities performed by the rural women of a Union (lowest administrative boundary) in Bangladesh. It tries to picture their needs and views regarding sustainable NRM. It has also find out factors affecting NRM activities of women. It also explores present institutional set up that was helping them to perform NRM activities, important productive activities of women in Bangladesh. This is a study based on both qualitative and quantitative analysis and assessment. Still now, there is a lot of scope to present a more responsive environment for managing their natural resources. It has shown women's education, awareness level, mobility and involvement with NGOs and GOs influence them to make NRM related decisions in their families. The important thing is women's NRM involvement scenario is almost same in all other plain parts of rural Bangladesh.
