Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Sept. 19, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'AAA' long-term rating on the Connecticut Health & Educational Facilities Authority's revenue bonds, issued for Yale University, and its 'AAA' long-term rating and 'A-1+' short-term rating on various fixed-rate debt issued by the university and for the university. 'The stable outlook reflects our expectation that Yale will maintain its positive operating performance on a generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) basis, large endowment, and strong levels of financial resources,' said Standard & Poor's credit analyst Mary Peloquin-Dodd. 'In addition, we expect that the university's impressive demand and stable enrollment trends will continue and that Yale will limit its debt issuance during the next two years,' said Ms....
