Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA' rating to Burlington County Bridge Commission, N.J.'s series 2007 county-guaranteed pooled loan revenue refunding bonds (governmental loan program)', based on Burlington County's unconditional guarantee, along with the GO pledges of the participants, to make respective debt service payments. If any individual participant fails to make its respective debt service payment, Burlington County is then required to make debt service payments to the trustee on the participant's behalf. The bonds, initially scheduled to sell in March 2007 never sold and are now expected to sell in September 2007.
