Abstract
'What will happen in 2010?' That's one big question investors have about the pipeline, gathering and processing, propane, and other segments of the U.S. midstream energy sector. With the economy seemingly entering a recovery, different opinions persist concerning the timing and speed of this recovery. Some investors remain concerned about the possibility of a reversal of recent favorable economic trends and the onset of a second recessionary phase.
