Abstract Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA+' rating to Bexar County, Texas' series 2009A and series 2009B combination flood control tax and revenue certificates of obligation (COs) and series 2009A and series 2009B combination tax and revenue COs. In addition, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA+' rating on the county's GO debt outstanding. The outlook on all ratings is stable.
