Abstract Standard & Poor's has assigned its 'A' rating to the California State University Trustees' system-wide revenue bonds, series 2003A. The outlook is stable. Standard & Poor's has also lowered its rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on the trustees' outstanding system-wide revenue bonds and housing system debt to 'A' from 'A+' and changed its outlook on all of the trustees' outstanding debt to stable from negative.
