Abstract
Paran- Banco is a small, niche Brazilian bank, concentrated mainly in payroll lending. We are affirming our ratings, including the 'BB-/B' global scale and the 'brA-' long-term national scale counterparty credit ratings on Paran- Banco, while keeping the outlook at stable. We expect that the bank will be able to maintain its good financial risk profile in 2012.
