Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has revised its rating on Charleston, S.C.'s water system variable-Rate waterworks and sewer system refunding and capital improvement revenue bonds series 2006B, issued for the Charleston Commissioner of Public Works, to 'AAA/NR' from 'AAA/A-1+'. The outlook is stable. The rating revision reflects the nonrenewal of the liquidity provider.
