Abstract
AES Panama's key financial ratios are in line with our base-case scenario, on higher revenues in 2010 and continued stability in Panama's institutional framework. We are affirming our ratings on AES Panama, including the 'BBB-' corporate credit rating. The company will likely keep posting strong profitability and coverage during 2011 and 2012, based on strong cash flow generation, and complete repair on its Est- power plant by May 2012.
