Aviva PLC Changes CP Guarantor To Aviva Insurance Ltd. From Aviva International Insurance Ltd.; 'A-1+' Rating Unchanged Oct 11

Abstract
Aviva PLC is simplifying its legal structure, which includes changing the entity that guarantees its commercial paper program. We are affirming the 'A-1+' short-term rating on Aviva International Insurance Ltd. and then withdrawing it. All other ratings on the company are also affirmed. At the same time, we are assigning an 'A-1+' short-term rating to AVIVA Insurance Ltd. As a result, the 'A-1+' short-term rating on Aviva PLC's guaranteed commercial paper program is unaffected.
