Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has revised the outlook on its rating on St. Francois County R-III School District (Central), Mo.'s series 2011 general obligation (GO) refunding bonds to stable from negative. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA+' rating on the bonds. The bonds were originally structured as crossover refunding bonds, with an escrow made up of U.S. government securities supporting the bonds through a March 1, 2012, crossover date. The bonds are now scheduled to be issued as current refunding bonds, with the first interest payment due Sept. 1, 2012. All debt service payments on the series 2011 GO refunding bonds are scheduled to be paid with state aid withheld through the direct deposit agreement....
