Accordingly, apparel products continued to be the Vietnam's export item with highest export value from early this year so far, bringing the total figure in 9 months of 2011 to US$10.51 billion, rising 31.1 percent from the same period last year. With current export growth, the Vietnam's textile and garment sector will likely exceed this year's export turnover target of US$13 billion, reaching US$13.5 billion instead.
