OVERVIEW We lowered our ratings on three classes from Greenwich Capital Commercial Mortgage Trust 2007-RR2, a U.S. CMBS re-REMIC transaction, to 'D (sf)' from 'CCC- (sf)'. The downgrades primarily reflect our analysis of the interest shortfalls affecting the transaction as noted in the Sept. 21, 2011, trustee report. We expect the accumulated interest shortfalls to remain outstanding for the foreseeable future.
