NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Oct. 4, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA' long-term rating to Colorado Health Facilities Authority's $308.8 million series 2011A revenue bonds and Washington Health Care Facilities Authority's $102 million series 2011A revenue bonds, issued on behalf of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI), Colo. In addition, Standard & Poor's assigned its 'AA/A-1+' ratings to Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority's series 2011B-1, B-2, and B-3 revenue bonds, each for $52.3 million, and also issued for CHI. In addition, we affirmed various ratings on a number of bonds issued on behalf of CHI.
