DALLAS (Standard & Poor's) Sept. 22, 2011-- Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA-' long-term rating to Oklahoma Turnpike Authority's (OTA) nearly $521 million series 2011A turnpike system refunding second senior-lien revenue bonds. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA-' long-term and underlying rating (SPUR) on the authority's outstanding debt. The outlook on all ratings is stable.
