Abstract
DALLAS (Standard & Poor's) Oct. 5, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has raised its rating to 'AAA/A-1+' from 'AA+/A-1' on the Missouri Health and Educational Facilities Authority's variable-rate series 1999B and 1999C bonds issued on behalf of Freeman Health System. The rating action is based on the substitution of a letter of credit (LOC) provided by U.S. Bank N.A. (AA-/A-1+). "The 'AAA' long-term component of the rating reflects our opinion of the likelihood that debt service will be paid over the life of the issue," said Standard & Poor's credit analyst Kevin Holloran.
