Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Oct. 5, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA-' long-term rating to Ohio Higher Educational Facility Commission's $190.93 million series 2011A refunding bonds and $125.28 million series 2011B taxable refunding bonds issued on behalf of the Cleveland Clinic Health System's obligated group (CCHS). At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed various ratings on debt issued for CCHS and an affiliate by several issuers. "The stable outlook reflects our view that CCHS is well positioned to meet the challenges of a slowing economy and an uncertain reimbursement environment as health care reform unfolds over the next few years," said Standard & Poor's credit analyst Kenneth W.
