Assured Guaranty Corp.-Related Custodial Receipts Rating Placed On CreditWatch Negative Oct 11

Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Oct. 5, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today placed its 'AA+' rating on Global Insured Custody Certificate Relating to American Airlines Pass Through Trust Series 2001-2A-2?s $50 million custodial receipts on CreditWatch with negative implications. Our rating on the custodial receipts is dependent on our rating on the insurance provider, Assured Guaranty Corp. ('AA+/Watch Neg'). Today's rating action follows our Sept. 27, 2011, placement of our 'AA+' rating on the insurance provider on CreditWatch with negative implications.
