Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its 'AA' long-term ratings to Colorado Health Facilities Authority's $308.8 million series 2011A revenue bonds and Washington Health Care Facilities Authority's $102 million series 2011A revenue bonds, issued on behalf of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI), Colo. In addition, Standard & Poor's assigned its 'AA/A-1+' ratings to Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority's series 2011B-1, B-2, and B-3 revenue bonds, each for $52.3 million. We also affirmed our 'AA' long-term and underlying ratings (SPURs), 'AA/A-1+' dual ratings, and 'AA/NR' dual ratings, issued by various issuers for CHI, and our 'A-1+' short-term rating on CHI's taxable commercial paper (CP).
