OVERVIEW Following a review of the most current asset and cash flow information the issuer has provided to us, we have affirmed our 'BB+ (sf)' ratings on Axia Finance's class A notes. We have subsequently withdrawn our ratings on the class A notes at the originator's request. Axia Finance is a Greek SME CLO, which closed in November 2009. LONDON (Standard & Poor's) July 8, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today affirmed its 'BB+ (sf)' credit rating on Axia Finance PLC's class A notes. We have subsequently withdrawn our ratings on Axia Finance at the originator's request.
