Trust's floating certificates and residual certificates series 2008-3119, relating to South Miami Health Facilities Authority, Fla.'s hospital revenue bonds (Baptist Health South Florida Obligated Group) series 2007, to 'AA/A-1' and 'AA' from 'AA-/A-1' and 'AA-', respectively....
