Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has affirmed its 'AA' long-term rating and 'AA' underlying rating (SPUR) on University of North Carolina Board of Governors' revenue bonds, issued for North Carolina State University at Raleigh. Standard & Poor's also affirmed its 'A-1+' short-term rating on the board's commercial paper (CP) program, issued for the university. In addition, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA' issuer credit rating (ICR) on the university.
