SAN FRANCISCO (Standard & Poor's CreditWire) Nov. 15, 2000--Standard & Poor's today assigned its double- 'A' rating to the Kings River Conservation District, Calif.'s $22.77 million revenue refunding bonds, secured by the California Department of Water Resources. The bonds are scheduled to sell Nov. 21, 2000. In addition, Standard & Poor's affirmed its double-'A' rating on the district's $39.07 million revenue bonds, also secured by the California Department of Water Resources. Standard & Poor's also affirmed its double-'A' ratings on the California Department of Water Resources revenue bonds. The outlook is stable.
