Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its 'AAA' long-term rating to Ohio Water Development Authority's (OWDA) water pollution control loan fund (WPCLF) floating rate notes series 2011-12A and affirmed its 'AAA' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on the authority's existing drinking water assistance fund (DWAF) and WPCLF debt. The floating rate notes are being issued on a subordinate basis to OWDA's outstanding long-term WPCLF bonds, pursuant to a supplemental trust indenture. J.P. Morgan has agreed to purchase up to $400 million of floating rating notes until Dec. 30, 2012.
