Prior to joining IDATE, Sophie was an economic consultant for B.I.P.E., where she was in charge of telecom market monitoring.
Ms. Pernet is an economist, with a post-graduate degree from ESLSCA (Ecole Supérieure Libre des Sciences Commerciales Appliquées).
