Nordic IT Sourcing 2011-2012

The report is written based on mainly the needs and requirements of the IT management of large Nordic companies as well as providers of IT services to these companies who better want to understand their customers.
The target group of the report is primarily: CIO/IT managers, Outsourcing managers, CFOs, Controllers, IT strategists, Consultants, CEOs, marketing managers and sales managers.
The purpose of this report is to map out the sourcing of IT services among Nordic companies in 2011 and 2012.
This is done by:
- Showing current and planned level of outsourcing and purchasing of external IT services. - Reporting on main objections to outsourcing among Nordic companies. - Providing information on service-level agreements (SLAs) in place including penalties for missing targets and rewards for exceeding them. - Showing the use of and experience with benchmarking of service and price levels in SLAs. - Reporting on the resources allocated by Nordic companies for managing outsourcing contracts. - Showing the use of and experience with offshore outsourcing among Nordic companies. - Reporting on the fees paid for five major IT consulting categories both onshore and offshore.
