The business appraisal toolkit for distributors and wholesalers provides everything needed to perform a business appraisal of an operating distributor or wholesaler. This toolkit is useful for valuing distributors of durable goods, such as electronics, building products, and industrial parts.
This toolkit derives valuation metrics from 334 recent acquisitions of businesses in this industry, as well as valuation metrics derived from 17 publicly-traded companies.
The purpose of this appraisal toolkit is to provide the reader with the tools necessary to develop a reasonable estimate of value for distributing and wholesaling businesses.
