The report is devoted to research of current standing of silver market in Russia and CIS. The report is composed of 7 Sections, contains 101 Pages, including 33 Figures, 28 Tables and Appendix.
TOPICS COVERED
The first Section of the report presents brief review of world market of silver. It presents data on reserves of silver in various countries and silver grades in then reserves (ores). Besides the Section presents statistical data on mining of silver by country and by leading company, analyses tendencies of world demand for silver in conditions of the global crisis, describes dynamics of prices on the metal.
The second Section of the report is devoted to description of mineral resources base of silver in CIS. The Section of the report presents characteristics of main deposits of silver in Russia, as well as review of silver reserves in other CIS countries (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and other).
The third Section of the report is devoted to description of standing mining of silver in Russia and other CIS countries. It presents dynamics of mining of silver in resources, data on mining of silver by basic producers, pattern of mining by region and kind of resources.
The fourth Section presents review of standing of main companies, involved in mining of silver in CIS – JSC «Polimetall» (Russia) and JSC «Kazakhmys» (Kazakhstan), gives data on deposits of the companies, volumes of mining, plans of the companies.
The fifth Section of the report describes large projects, involving mining of silver in the territory of CIS, and current standing of their implementation.
The sixth Section of the report gives review of supplies of silver-containing resources, for instance, presents volumes of export-import of silver-bearing concentrates in Russia. The Section presents data on production of silver from various kinds of resources in Russia, data on volumes of silver refining at some refineries. Besides, it gives estimate of exports of silver from Russia and presents supply-demand balance of silver. In addition, brief characteristics of jewelry industry of Russia and volumes of silver consumption in the sector are given.
The seventh Section presents forecast of silver production in Russia up to 2020.
The Appendix presents addresses and contact data of main companies, involved in mining and production of silver in CIS.
