Cellular Concrete Products Market Research in Russia (Russian Version)

This report focuses on research of current standing of Russian market of cellular concrete and products from it and forecast of its development. The report consists of 6 parts, contains 152 pages including 40 tables, 40 figures and 2 annexes.
The first chapter is devoted to describing the technology of production of cellular concrete and products from it. The chapter provides information on potential suppliers of process equipment in Russia and abroad.
The second chapter presents data on reserves and deposits of raw materials for production of cellular concrete, as well as destinations of supplies of raw materials for production of products from cellular concrete.
The third chapter is devoted to production of cellular concrete and building blocks from cellular concrete in Russia in 1998-2009 and 1 half of 2010. The chapter presents requirements for quality of building blocks produced in Russia, the capacities of the largest producers and their processes are evaluated production volumes of these products, describes the current position of the company-producers, including data on lifetime of the company, sources of raw materials, production technologies applied, characteristics of the products and markets. Also in the third chapter data on existing projects on the organization of new productions for manufacture of cellular concrete in Russia are given.
The fourth chapter presents price analysis of the cellular concrete wall blocks of autoclave curing in Russia. This chapter presents data on average prices of Russian producers of the products in question, the current selling prices of the enterprises on the building blocks of different grades.
The fifth chapter of the report is devoted to consumption of products from cellular concrete in Russia. Supply-demand balance of the products is given, estimation of regional and sectoral structure of consumption is presented. Also the chapter reviews the current position of and prospects for the main sectors of the construction industry, consuming the products concerned.
In the sixth and final chapter forecast of production and consumption of products from cellular concrete for the period up to 2015 is presented.
Appendix 1 shows contact data of the main Russian producers of cellular concrete and products from it. Annex 2 lists the basic enterprise-producers of similar products in Belarus and Ukraine.
This work is a ''desk'' research. As information sources, data from Rosstat, the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation, official statistics of domestic rail transport of the Russian Federation were used. Also Infomine Research have analyzed information from sectoral and regional press, annual and quarterly reports of companies, websites of enterprises, as well as information from databases of enterprises and own database of ''InfoMine''. Notice that, due to the fact that in Russia motor cargo carriage is not subject to mandatory statistical reporting, in this report only data on the transportation by rail were used and analyzed.
