Sodium cyanide market research in Russia/CIS (Russian Version)

This report focuses on research of current market conditions of sodium cyanide in the CIS and forecast of its development. The report consists of 6 chapters, contains 101 pages, including 13 figures, 39 tables and annexes.
Methodologically, the work was carried out as a ''desk'' research. We have analyzed multiple sources of information, first of all, data of state bodies - the Federal State Statistics Service of the Russian Federation (FSSS of the Russian Federation), Inter-State Statistic Committee of CIS, the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation (FCS of the Russian Federation), the State Customs Committee of Ukraine (Ukraine SCC), statistics of rail transport the Russian Federation, the UN-database. In addition, we used the data of sectoral and regional press, annual and quarterly reports of companies, as well as web-sites of company-producers.
In the first chapter of the report information about the raw materials necessary for production of sodium cyanide, its characteristics are given. Also in this chapter the technologies of production of this reagent are discussed in details. In addition, data on the main suppliers of raw materials, directions and volumes of their supplies are shown.
The second chapter is devoted to the production of sodium cyanide in the CIS countries. In this chapter, the report presents data on volumes of production of cyanide in Russia, Uzbekistan and Georgia. In addition, the quality data of the products are given. Here a description of current activities of all producers of sodium cyanide in the FSU is given.
In the third chapter of the report data on foreign trade in sodium cyanide in Russia for the period of 1997-2009 and 1st half of 2010 are presented. In addition, data on the supply of the reagent to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Tajikistan, Ukraine are given, as well as the exports of sodium cyanide from Georgia are presented.
The fourth chapter analyzes data on changes in export and import prices on sodium cyanide in Russia and CIS countries.
In the fifth chapter of the report consumption of sodium cyanide in Russia is described. This chapter provides supply-demand balance of this product, sectoral structure of the consumption, shows the basic consumers, as well as the current position and prospects for the largest enterprise-consumers in Russia and other former Soviet countries.
In the sixth chapter of the report forecast of development of Russian market of sodium cyanide for a period up to 2015, as well as forecast of consumption of this product in the CIS is presented.
The Appendix includes addresses and contact data of enterprises, producing and consuming sodium cyanide in the CIS countries.
