Ferrous Metals Industry Market Research in the Ukraine (Russian Version)
INFOMINE Research Group, October 2010, Pages: 106
This report focuses on the Exploration of the current state of Ukrainian ferrous metallurgy and forecast of its development in the coming years. The report consists of 10 pieces, contains 127 pages including 25 tables, 15 figures and an application.
The first chapter provides an analysis of production from 2000 to 2010 and use of existing facilities.
The second chapter describes the economic and financial situation in the sector after the crisis. The chapter shows the financial performance of major metallurgical enterprises of the sector in 2007-2009.
The third chapter describes the situation with raw materials for steel production (iron ore and pellets, pig iron, scrap and waste). For all types of raw data are given for its production in 2000-2009, by enterprise-producers, dynamics of internal and external deliveries in 2000-2009.
The fourth chapter is devoted to issues of restructuring and modernization of Ukrainian ferrous metallurgy. It describes the main government program for the metallurgical industry development strategy for the period up to 2015, data on investment projects, in various industry enterprises. Also in this section presents data on the ownership structure of the major enterprises of ferrous metallurgy in Ukraine.
The fifth chapter describes in detail the main export market of Ukrainian metallurgical enterprises. It presents data on Ukrainian exports and imports in 2000-2010. main products (pig iron, scrap, ferro alloys, billets, wire rods, bars, fittings, profiles, hot-rolled sheet, cold rolled sheet proc, coated sheets).
The sixth chapter is devoted to anti-dumping investigations and the restrictions applicable to the Ukrainian metallurgical companies in the 1992-2010 years.
The seventh chapter analyzes the domestic consumption of rolled steel in Ukraine.
In the eighth chapter presents data on the main domestic consumers Ukrainian metallurgical enterprises. A separate analysis of consumption of rolled steel in major consuming industries of Ukraine - the production of pipes and metal products, machinery, automobile, railway, agriculture and construction.
In the ninth chapter lists the key factors influencing the pricing of steel products in Ukraine (electricity, conventional fuel, rail transportation). Also in this chapter provides an analysis of internal and external prices of major steel products in 1996-2010 years.
In the tenth and final chapter provides a forecast of production and consumption of steel and rolled steel in Ukraine for the period up to 2015
In the appendix the Address Book main producers of steel in Ukraine.
