Abstract NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) March 18, 2008--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services removed its ratings on 19 housing bond issues listed below from CreditWatch with negative implications where they were placed on Jan. 24, 2008. This action follows Standard & Poor's removal of AMBAC Assurance Corp., the guaranteed investment contract or investment agreement provider, from CreditWatch with negative implications on March 12, 2008. All of the affected issues now have negative outlooks reflecting the outlook of AMBAC Assurance Corp.
