Abstract
American Club's underwriting results have improved from prior years. The club's risk-adjusted capital adequacy has improved substantially and is consistent with the rating. As a result, we are raising our counterparty credit and financial strength ratings on American Club to 'BB+' from 'BB'. The stable outlook reflects our view that the rating on American Club is not expected to change over the next two years.
