Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA-' long-term rating to Greenville Public Schools, Mich.'s unlimited-tax general obligation (GO) 2011 refunding bonds, reflecting the district's eligibility for, and participation in, the Michigan State School Bond Loan Fund Program. At the same time, Standard & Poor's assigned its 'A+' issuer credit rating (ICR) to the 2011 bonds. Standard & Poor's also affirmed its 'AA-' underlying rating on the district's parity debt, which reflects the district's eligibility for, and participation in, the Michigan State School Loan Bond Program. The outlook is stable.
