NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) May 23, 2006--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services placed its rating on New York State Dormitory Authority's revenue debt, issued for Mount Sinai NYU Health Obligated Group, on CreditWatch with positive implications due to New York University Hospitals Center's planned withdrawal this summer, which will be a major change in the obligated group's structure and is likely to result in a higher rating.
