In our view, Fort Worth, Texas-based technology and consumer electronics retailer RadioShack Corp.'s poor operating and financial performance trends will continue into fiscal 2012 due to weakness in its mobility and its other product segments. We are lowering our corporate credit rating and senior unsecured debt rating on the company to 'BB-' from 'BB'. The outlook is stable, reflecting our view that RadioShack will maintain its current operating performance and credit metrics in the near term, despite lower margins, a very highly competitive environment for mobility products, and weak economic conditions. On Nov. 15, 2011, Standard & Poor's Ratings Services lowered its corporate credit and senior unsecured debt ratings on Fort-Worth, Texas-based RadioShack Corp. to 'BB-' from 'BB'. The outlook...
