Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Sept. 30, 2009--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services corrected and reinstated its 'AAA' rating on New York State Dormitory Authority's FHA?insured mortgage hospital revenue bonds series 2009, issued for United Health Services (FKA Ideal-Wilson Medical Center). On Sept. 16, 2009, we incorrectly withdrew the rating due to an administrative error. The bonds remain outstanding and remain insured by the Federal Housing Administration....
