NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's CreditWire) Nov. 15, 2000--Standard & Poor's today assigned its single-'A' rating to New York State Dormitory Authority's $13.85 million 4201 school facility program revenue bonds series 2000 dated Nov. 1, 2000, due July 1, 2020, issued for New York State. The bonds are scheduled to sell on Nov. 16, 2000. In addition, Standard & Poor's affirmed its single-'A' rating on the authority's outstanding 4201 school facility program revenue bonds, issued for the state. The outlook is stable.
