Cement Market Research in Russia (Russian Version)

This report is devoted to research of the Russian cement market of cement and forecast of its development up to 2015.
The first section of the report presents an estimate of cement industry resources in Russia. It provides data on reserve amounts, the regional pattern of their location, as well as data on the resource base of leading Russian producers of cement.
The second section is devoted to cement production in Russia. It offers production statistics in the country during 2002-2008, data on the regional and commodity pattern of production, as well as on volumes of production of cement by individual enterprises. In addition, the section analyses the current standing of leading players in the Russian cement market, including data on pattern of ownership, production capacities, product ranges, business development plans, and destinations and volumes of cement shipments.
The third section of the report analyses data from the Federal Customs Service of Russia on foreign trade operations in cement (2002-2008). It presents data on the regional pattern of export-import supplies, and the main Russian exporters/importers of cement.
The fourth section is devoted to consumption of cement in Russia; it presents a supply-demand balance of the product for the latest seven years, and the changing dynamics of cement consumption in the country. Also, the section offers sectoral, commodity and regional patterns of cement consumption in Russia, including the seasonality factor.
The fifth section of the report is devoted to analysis of pricing in the Russian cement market. The authors consider cement pricing in the domestic market in recent years, provides a review of export-import prices, and forecasts market prices up to 2015.
The sixth and final section of the report forecasts cement production in Russia and Central Federal District, giving an outlook for end-use developments, as well as a forecast of consumption of cement in Russia in conditions of financial crisis.
The appendices offer contact information for producers of cement in Russia, as well as current classifications and regulations of cement production in Russia.
The report is composed of six sections of 225 Pages, comprising 20 figures, 96 tables and two appendices. The findings are a result of desk-based research. Information sources include Rosstat (Federal Statistic Service of Russia), Federal Customs Service of Russia, official railage statistics of JSC 'RZHD', sectoral and regional mass-media, annual and quarterly reports of companies, as well as websites of cement producers.
