The T4000 is an analog MEMS Microphone using a free-floating diaphragm, and a capacitive sensing. It offers a full integration of a MEMS microphone and an amplification ASIC in a tiny 4-pin LGA package (2,8 x 2,02 x 0,92 mm3). This MEMS is using Infineon technology adapted by Epcos, now part of TDK-EPC corporation. This microphone is for high-end consumer applications: notebooks, bluetooth headsets.
