Researchers from Wroclaw University of Technology describe a method for increasing the load limit of plastic cycloidal gears, the loads acting on a multicaterpillar track chassis, the design of internal involute gearing for pumps, and the equalization of partial contact ratios in 3K transmissions. Two papers from Gdansk University of Technology explore tests for measuring tire resistance on roads. Other topics include a physical therapy machine for treating scoliosis, weld damage in punch presses, crack propagation in silicon nitride, water-lubricated bearings, and an ocean buoy for power generation.
