In this report, Amgen is force-ranked by total Sustainable Performance Value (SPV), calculated as the average of four performance dimension scores: financial, environmental, social and governance (FESG). Each dimension consists of five key performance indicators with a total of 200 underlying quantitative and qualitative performance metrics that are either numeric or Boolean (Yes/No).

FESG Dimensions are divided into the Key Performance Indicators as follows:
